ADH - ORACAL® 651™
Quality permanent high gloss finish adhesive vinyl used for applications including windows, car decals, signs, tumblers or for any permanent application. Oracal is the most popular vinyl that can be used indoors and outdoors since it is water proof and water resistant.
Surfaces to which the material will be applied must be cleaned from dust, grease or any contamination which could affect the adhesion of the material. Works best on hard, smooth surfaces. Freshly lacquered or painted surfaces should be completely cured.

Release Liner: Silicone coated paper with special release characteristics that provide excellent weeding and release values.
